Refund policy



Orders that haven’t processed can be cancelled. Please email to find out if your order has processed, and if it has not, our team can make the cancellation for you. Our team is available during business  hours (EST) from Monday to Friday.

Please beware that orders are processed in the same business day or in the next business day if you ordered during weekends. 

If the case of an order is successfully cancelled, you will be notified with confirmation. Please allow 3-7 business days for a refund to be credited back to you. Payments and refunds are processed by using the payment method selected at the time of checkout, and may be processed through a third party payment processor.

If your order has processed, there is no way for us to refund your purchase. Sales are final and we cannot accept returns.
